Nannies by Nana is operated by Boutique Childcare Services Co., Ltd. in Surat Thani, Thailand. We carefully check each nanny's background with the police and doctors, test their CPR skills, and match them with visiting families. Our nannies are friendly, trusted childcare workers who follow your family's rules and instructions.

2. Daily Hours & Extra Time

Regular bookings are for 8 hours a day. You can use 8 hours in a row, or split them (for example, 4 hours in the morning for swimming and 4 hours in the evening for dinner and bedtime). If you need extra hours, we are happy to help at our simple hourly rate.

3. A Safe & Kind Place to Work

We ask all families to provide a safe, polite, and clean home for our nannies. Please tell us in advance about any food allergies, medications, or special habits your child has so we can keep them safe and happy.

4. Hotel & Villa Gate Entry

Please let your resort front desk or villa security know that your nanny is coming (like Four Seasons, Ritz-Carlton, Banyan Tree, or Samujana). We give our nannies official photo ID and safety passes so they can walk right in.

5. 72-Hour Nanny Match Guarantee

We want your children to feel completely happy. If during your first 3 days (72 hours) you feel your nanny is not the right fit for your kids, we will gladly introduce another wonderful nanny or refund any unworked days.

6. Doctor & Hospital Emergencies

If a child has a medical emergency and parents cannot be reached immediately, our nanny and Nana will take your child to the nearest top hospital (like Bangkok Hospital Samui or Phuket). Parents' travel insurance covers doctor fees.

7. Travel Insurance

Families should have valid travel medical insurance for their holiday in Thailand. While we carry out complete police and hospital checks on every nanny, we follow the laws of Thailand.

2. Personal Data We Collect

To deliver private vacation childcare, we collect only necessary details provided voluntarily by parents:

• Parent full name, email address, telephone/WhatsApp contact details.
• Travel dates, accommodation details (hotel name, private villa address, room/unit number).
• Children's first names, ages, daily routines, dietary preferences, and allergy/medical safety alerts.
• Concierge WhatsApp correspondence regarding nanny assignment, arrival times, and preferences.

3. Purpose of Processing

Your information is processed strictly for:

• Matching and scheduling the most suitable trilingual governess for your children.
• Coordinating staff entry and gate clearance with hotel concierges and villa managers.
• Ensuring pediatric safety (e.g. food allergies, medication schedules, swimming supervision).
• Issuing formal booking confirmations, deposit receipts, and accounting statements.

4. We Never Sell Your Data

We have a strict Zero Data Selling rule. We never sell, rent, or trade your contact info or children's details to marketing companies or strangers. Information is only shared with your assigned nanny.

5. Automated Web Scraper & Crawler Protection

Our web platform incorporates cryptographic byte-array obfuscation and honeypot traps to prevent automated scrapers, harvesters, and web bots from indexing concierge phone numbers, email addresses, or client communications.

6. Data Retention & Secure Deletion

Childcare notes and itinerary details are retained only for the duration of your stay and any mandatory statutory accounting periods. Parents may request immediate and permanent erasure of their records following the completion of their vacation.

If your assigned governess ever experiences an acute illness or personal emergency, our concierge will immediately dispatch an equally vetted, hospital-checked, CPR-certified replacement governess at no extra fee. If a suitable replacement cannot be provided, you will receive an immediate 100% refund for all affected hours.

3. Island Weather & Marine Ferry Guarantee

Tropical island travel is occasionally affected by monsoon storms in the Gulf of Thailand and Andaman Sea. If the Marine Department of Thailand issues official weather warnings suspending catamaran or ferry transit between Surat Thani, Koh Samui, Koh Phangan, or Koh Tao, preventing inter-island nanny transit or family arrival, your booking may be rescheduled or refunded without penalties.

4. Flight Delays & Medical Rescheduling

If your international flight to Samui or Phuket is delayed or canceled by the airline, notify our concierge via WhatsApp with your revised itinerary. We will adjust your childcare schedule seamlessly without charge.
